SELWYN CKTB. ' The annual meeting of the Selwvn Football Club-was held at the Y.H.C.A. Booms last evening, Mr. N. Austin presiding over a large attendance. Tha annual report and balance-sheet, which were read and adopted, congratulated members on the progress of the club last season. Although some of the. teams in the past seasons had done better; it was noticeable that the junior team did very well, coming third in their grade. The thirdclass team were not so successful, as in past years, mainly, owing to their lack of training. .It, was to.be hoped that they would give a better account of themselves this season..
