Goals for,*' 11 j'. against, 25.' iVom this table ' it' will be seen that from a: player's point of view the season was not quite so successful as the previous one. The. Senior League Ist division team started the. season very promisingly, holding a leading position until well through the competition, ■ when, owing to seversU unlooked-for vacancies occurring, ihanges! had to be' made in the team which finished only j third in the league. The senior 2nd division team, with an unbeaten record, were ■ successful in annexing the championship. This team must be heartily congratulated on its success, due, no, doiibt, to its splendid combination, arising - from their being able to place the same, team in the field oveiy Saturday.
