A meeting of . the Excelsior Tent, . No. 19, 1.0. R., was held in St. Thomas's Schoolroom last .evening, Bro. Hanley, Chief ; lluler; , presiding. One candidate was initiated. It was; decided; to hold' the juvenile- picnic at Day's .Bay, on March C. A ' committee was ; set 1 up . to confer with the other' tents in roference to entertaining 'the- district officers on; February 22. Bro. Williams was', reelected delegate•;on. the;. Friendly. So-, cioties Dispensary Board, and it/was decided-; to- place 'on'', record the past.services rendered by, tho tent's' delegate. ;
