November 22, 11.5 p.m.) Vienna, November 22; Forty,*bfficers of the General Staff, Vienna, received' packets throngh tho post purporting to contain samples of a nerve cure. A captain tasted the substance and died. It was found that all the samples contained cyanide of potassium. , There is no clue to the perpetrator of the crime. '
