After earthquakes in the island, three new craters oponed on the Pico De Toyde, the famous volcanic Peak of Teneriffe, 12,lD0ft. high. Tho largest crater is on tho north Mde. Streams of lava are flowing from tho craters, measuring a mile long and 800 yards wide. They havo been flowing at tho Tate of t six yards an hour, and threaten the towns of Icod and Garachico, tho inhabitants of which fled. Tho eruption is now diminishing.
