Taylor, of Chadderton, Lancashire (winner of the 400 metres and 1500.metre's events at the Olympic Games, and of the 500 yards in last year's English championships), won tho Richmond to Blackfriars swim, , about 16.miles, in 3 hours 28 minutes 61 seconds. , . ■ ' 1 J.
