In regard to the Wainui-o-mata Road, Councillor Wakcham moved that tho heavy wheel traffic by-law be enforced. This bylaw levies a license of £25 per annum for each Vehiclo carrying over 30cwt to each pair of wheels, including the weight of the vehicle. Failing this, traffic should ceaso until September 30.
