Sir,—lt is sbmething' deplorable. to' peru so: the daily papers of this country to discuss the great amount of criminality which ■ tho New Zealand Courts Jiave to-.deal.-with year in- and year out. This; in view of the great, strides education has: the last'. 30 years,' Bhows'in a very practical forrii that the moral responsibilities^-of parents' to their children, are sadly lacking.
