TO-DAY'S DINNER.
[Specially written for Th» Dominion 1 MONDAY. Celery Sonp. Toad-in-a-hole. Boiled Neck of Mutton Potatoes Mashed Parsnips. Hasty Pudding. TpAD-IN-A-HOLE. Method.—Make a batter with 1 egg, J pint of milk, salt, Jib. flour, pepper and nntmeg. Beat for five or ten minutes, and add another i pint of milk. Melt an ounce of dripping in a oaking tin or a piediah. Pour into it half the batter, and then add chops or sausages. Pour the rest of tho batter over them, and take m a moderate oven.
