Capital entries were recoived foi each of the events at tho Wellington Pon> and Galloway' Racing Club's Juno mooting, and the acceptances for the two principal races which ' olosod on Wednesday last resulted in all tho , horses handicapped making the pajment. As Thursdays fixture will probably bo tho last of tho season, it is anticipated that largo fields will go to the post for all the'evente, and tho racing will bo imbued with additional interest on account of the fact that nearly a dozen'new ponies are among the competitors. In order to cope with the extra largo crowd that is likely to journey to Miramar on account of the holiday, the club is arranging for a special tram, service.
