♦ GERMAN CAPITAL. VIOLATION OF AGREEMENTS. (By TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COITRIGIIT.) London, March 12. Dr. G. E. Moirison, tlio Pelting correspondent of "Tiio Times," states that ,a Herman s.yndieato is loaning'throe million pounds for the,construction of the northern half of the Canton-Hankau railway, lie points cut, that this is a direct violation of the agreement of 1905, which spccificd that Uritish capital and British material should bo used, and it also disregards the liritishGerman Agreement of 3 SOS, defining the spheres of railway interest of tho respective countries.
