1 SECRET FORMULAE TO GO. (BY TULEGRAm—PRESS ASSOCIATION—CO« RIGHT.) (Rec. March 13, 0.45 a.m.) Melbourne, March 12. The Grand United Order of Oddfellows has decided that all meetings of the Order shall bo held with open doors; also, that all passwords, signs, grips, and such other formulae as may bo advised, be abolished. It b considered that the time has gone by for secrecy in friendly societies' work. [The question of friendly society ceremonial is dealt with in a special articta in another column.]
