For instance, persons desirous of proceeding to Wellington over the Trunk hue have to ' leavo Cambridge by tho midday express and stop at Frankton till midnight before they can proXL°V r ,oU " ,ey , to tho Em P ire Citv, whilst those coming from Wellington aro shunted out at Frankton at 3 a.m. and can? not reach Cambridge by train till 11.20. To obviate this it is suggested thata daily coach service should be ostabL'shed between Cambndgo and I-rankton. The coach would leavo Cambridge m tho evening conveyinc passengers and mails to connect with the hrougTi train at Frankton from Auckland H would remain overnight at the former place m order to meet tho through' train from Wellington, and bring passengers and mails on, reachmg Cambridge about 5 a m
