[Specially Written foe The Dominion.] ;• . MONDAY. • Miroton o{ Beef. Potatoes. Stewed Carrots. . Banana Cream Pie. ; . ; : BANANA,CREAM PIE. Pastry, bananas, 1 cup of cream or milk, 3 tablespoonfuls of sugar, 2 or 3 eggs, flavouring of' lemon or orange. Line a pie-dish with puff pastry, half bake this, ana then fill it with sliced bananas. Boat the yolks With the sugar, add cream, pour over the. bananas, and take half an' hour. Whip the whites stiff, sweeten and flavour, and pile roughly on top. Put back in the oven to set the meringue FOR .TO-MORROW. Two ox hearts, forcemeat, half-pint cream.
