Tho Vienna correspondent of "Tho Times" says that Austria-Hungary's standpoint requires that Servia should explicitly rccoguiso the non-cxistenco of any right on tho part of Servia to mako claims in connection with tho Austro-Hungarian annexations of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Servia must humbly beg some economic favours, the granting of which is not au international affair. Reports from other sources indicate (hat Austria-Hungary is determined to deal with Servia direct, in order to bo ablo to present a Servian settlement as a fait accompli to tho proposed Conference of tho Powers; '
