Newbery, baker, of ' Sydenham,'petitioned for tho dissolution of his--marriage with Ruth Newbery was concluded. James David Hamilton was joined .as. co-respondent. The caso was heard.boforo a jury, and has been .beforo the Court since" Monday. - His Honour made an order forbidding tho publication of . tho evidence.
