DIED SUDDENLY. (BY TELEGRAPH—PBESS ASSOCIATION.) Nelson, October-30. A young man named Thomas M. Niveii employed at the Royal Hotel, died suddenly in his room yesterday. Ho had been suffering from epilepsy. An inquest was deemed unnecessary. PECULIAR MISHAP. A wharf labourer named Chas. Ross, a married man, met with a somewhat peculiar accident yesterday afternoon. It appears that Ross went to sleep fully drossecf on a bed at his boardinghouse, and, whilst he was asleep, ho foil out of bed. A cargo-hook, which was in his belt, penetrated his groin. Iloss was removed to the hospital for. treatment.
