Tho Court had deckled that £500 was tho amount which should be paid by tho Crown to claimants in full satisfaction of tho claim. The assessor's fees had been fixed at fourteen guineas each, and. each side had' to pay its own assessor. Mr.. Morison (instructed'by Messrs., Skerrett aild Wylie) appeared on behalf-of tho claimants and Mr. Myers for the Cro.wn.
