One million sterling of New Zealand bills, having one year's currency, have begun io be placed on the London on a basis of about 3} per cent. CHINESE RAILWAY LOAN. ' London, October 15. Money _is reported plentiful, though trade is' bad, in London. Under , the heading of "Powers' Congress" will be found a forecast of a, Russian fifty million loan, to be, raised probably in Paris and London, where the Russian Foreign Minister,. M. Isvolskv, his just been eomparing notes with the British Foreign Office.'
