LAVENDER HATS.
According to an English fashion paper, women are now using real lavender or masses of real purple heather to trim their hats. The effect is said to be charming, and the trimming of an enduring nature, and rain has only tho effect of freshening the flowers. The one drawback is the attraction tho trimming has for bees. Coarso straw or net shores are the ouos usually clioson.
