A team of Wellington teachers played them on ,De'cehiber 26 aiid 27, and suffered defe&t'by'jive wickets.' In the test match at Auckland-'in January the New Zealand'teachers won .e.Mily by.lßl"rmi?,New ' Sbuth Wales leing outclassed in all departments of the game. .In this match Wellington-was represented by Messrs. Fanning, Brodie, and Dirroch.
