The "Press" has no report of the speech, explaining that it does not ask- its reporters to attend on Sunday political or semi-politi-cal meetings, which may be held just as well on any other day in tho week. _ For the same reason it has ceased .reporting '"NoLicense Rallies" held 'on a Sunday.
