Sales of furniture are announced by Messrs. A. L. Wilson and Co. for Tuesday and Wednesday next. T. Kennedy Macdonald, Limited, advertise the sale by auction on Tuesday, October 13, at 2.30 o'clock, in their Exchange Land Mart, of eight splendid small farm'sections in the township of East Porirua, ranging in area from two acres to nine acres each. They are situated nearly opposite the Porirua railway station, fronting good metalled roads, and are admirably adapted for poultry, market gardeuing, aud other purposes.." The terms, of sale are: 10 per cent, deposit, 10 per cent, in tliree and twelve months, with the balance ir five years, and . interest at 5 per cent. Plans can be obtained from the auctioneers.
