The final korero of the season of th« Wellington Savage Club will be held to-night. A programme, of a very entertaining nature has been prepared. Members are requested te be in their places at 8 o'clock sharp. At the Christian Chapel, Vivian Street, tomorrow, at 6.30 p.m., Mr. Jos. J. Franklvn will begin-a series of four addresses on "God's Way of Salvation." The first address will be on "Faith, and how to get it." Messrs. Laery and Co., Ltd., announce a eale at the Fruit Exchange, Allen Street, on Monday, at 11.30 a.m. Messrs. A- L. Wilson and Co. will hold their weekly sale next Thursday, instead of Wednesday. The premises of Messrs. J. Myers and Co. will be closed for holiday on Monday. Mr. H. Ernest Leighton will sell Mr. I. Piokard's furniture, Waiwetu Road, Lower Hutt, at 2 p.m.,to-day. An advertisement concerning the arrival of the Kia Ora appears elsewhere.
