IMMIGRANTS ARRESTED. (UT TKLEGKAPB—PRKB3 ASSOCIATION —COrTIUQIIT.) (Rec. October 2, 11.10 p.m.) Pretoria, October 2. Seventy-six Indians have been arrested, as prohibited immigrants, at Komati Poort (a pass near the eastern border of the Transvaal, through which tho railway now rims from Portuguese Delagoa Bay, the chief port of entry to tho Transvaal).
