COURSE RECORDER AND INDICATOR A Wellington invention that may prove .of servico to. navigation has been brought into use within the past few months, and in a series of trials which have taken place on various steamers has shown its efficiency. Tho recorder'can be set to any given distance (of time)—one, two, three, or ten minutes. It is stated that testimonials ' eulogising the' invention havo been, received from every master on whoso boat it has been tried, and all are of the opinion that it will provo an aid to safe navigation.
