A sensation has been car,sod at Newmarket, the great raring contre, by tho discovery, near Mr.-nSoii Jed's- stables, that fifty small indication posts had been removed from tho sides of tho tan exercise' course and buried beneath , the tan. The object of thoso Who removed and buried the posts was evidently to lame Mr. Joel's racehorses. Mr. Sol. Joel is a brother of Mr. J. B. Joel, who recently brought an action against Mr. R. S. Sievier for blaekmail. Mr. Sol. Joel owns a largo number of lacehorses, including Eider, who last seascn dead-heated with The. White Knight in tho Ascot Gold Cup, but was .subsequently disqualified.
