ARCHBISHOP CARR.

Dr. Carr, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Melbourne, in an 'interview said he was much impressed by the Eucharistic Congress. He was greatly surprised by Mr. Asquith's belated prohibition of the procession, though at first ho had been inclined to think that it would have been well if tho procession in the streets had been arranged on the lines finally taken. Archbishop Carr attended the Gajway Exhibition of. Irish products and manufactures. He will remain in Ireland till the end of the j'oar.
