ANNUAL MEETING. ; The ninth annual meeting of tho Glori Oroua Co-operative Dairy Company was held in the Town Hall, Glen Oroua, on Wednesday evening. Mr. R. Boswcll presided. Thero. was a large attendance. Discussing the accounts, Mr. Hamlin said he thought £145 Bs. Bd. set aside as a reserve extension fund should be given to tho suppliers. Mr. T. M. M'Kenzie opposed this suggestion. , • Mr. W. Scott moved that the amount proposed to bo paid as a bonus should be used to reduce the overdraft. The motion was defeated, and it was resolved to pay a bonus equal to 3-lGtbs of a penny per pound of buttor fat, and'also a dividend of 6 per cent, be paid on all paid-up capital to August 31, 1907. Messrs. J. Tennant, G. Wilton, and J. M. Hamlin wcro elected directors. On the suggestion of the chairman, it was resolved to purchase a section of 21 acres adjacent to tno factory for £700.
