Gosling, for failure to paiy tho wages under tho'Butchers' Award, three breaches, was lined £5 and costs, whilo an employeo for accepting less wages tliah tho award allowed had . a breach recorded against him. G. Towpsend, for fivo breaches of tho Butchers' Award in not paying proper wages, was fined £1Q and costs. l/our employees wero each fined £1 for accepting lower wages than tho award fixed. The Horowhenua, Meat Company, for declining to pay the award Wage, was fined £5, an<J the respondent was ordered to pay Court costs. . J. Follett, for a breach of tho Bakers' Award, was fitted £1, and ordered to pay Court costs, whilo tho employeo had a breach recorded against him. J. Hunter,- for 1 failing to indenture an apprentice under tho Painters' Award, was fined £5 and costs. C. Striad, for a breach of tho Carpenters' Award in not paying full wages, was fined £1 and costs. The 'employee was fined 10s. and costs. J. 'Whittakor, for not paying full award wages to a carpenter, was Fmed £1 and costs.
