(Mr.JSlair), claimed £3 19s. Gd. from Solomon Lewis (air. Kirkcaldie), costs alleged to be due in connection with work done by plaintiff at the request, of defendant. liis Worship gave judgment for plaintiff for the amount claimed, and costs £1 12s.
