TESTED COWS.
RESULTS OF A SALE. Apparently cow buyers do not sot much value upon freedom..from disease. Sere are tlie prices fetched at public auction by the dairy cows sold' from tho Kiverside dairy farm. These cows were . all tested with tuberculin just beforo the sale by a Government officer, and were certified to be free from tuberculosis. The following prices do not show that anything extra was paid on that account:—. £8 155.,'£8 10s., £5 ss. (two), £5 (five), £4 55., £4 2s. 6d., £4 (three), £3 los.
