BUTTER ANALYSIS AT SHOWS.
The Jlasterton A. and P. Association has decided to support the proposal of tho Manawatu A. aud 1\ Association with reference to tho projected analysis of box butter in bulk, -.rhich is to be exhibited at the National Dairy Show next year. Tho analysis is to bo conducted for tho furtherance of science in butter making, and for the general information of dairymen. Our \Vai*rarapa correspondent states that the opinion has been expressed to him that the same scientific analysis should be extended to chocso' and hum, in the interests of pure food and tho digestion of tho public.
