' Warm, rains have fallen' intermittently t in the Wairarapa and Bu3h Districts ■' duriug the past week (writes our Wairarapa correspondent), and havo melted down nearly all th'o snow on tlid mountains. The result was that yesterday nearly all the rivers were full. . It* is almost certain now that with the clearihg of the snow from tho mountains the weather will bo much warmer, and th 6 chance of spring floods'will"be very remold. '.Rain is very badly needed over the whole country.
