A Board of Trade inquiry regarding the loss of tho tug Belmore (with eight hands) on Juno 23, while on the voyage to' jSydnoy, found that she was overladen when she loft Port Said—tho Plimsoll mark being submerged—hnd that her stability was insufficient.
