ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
BUSHFELLER KILLED. (BY TELEGRAFn—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Auckland, September 7. Thomas Mooro, aged eighteen, wliile fell' ing bush at Te Mata, was struck by a falling tree and killed instantly. RUN OYER BY A DRAY. Christchurch, September 7. An inquest was held this morning on tho body of Thomas Tonge, who was injured by being ruu. over by a dray at Spreydon on Thursday, and who died on Saturday night. The jury returned a verdict of accidental death, no blame being attached to anyono, IDENTIFIED. Auckland, September 7. The body of tho man found dead at Freemans Bay on Saturday afternoon has been identified as that of I'eter Andersen, mariner. Tho man was 48 years of ago, and a native of Denmark. Andersen held a mate's certificate, and had been employed on many vessels in Now Zealand waters and abroad. BOY KILLED ON A TROLLEY. ' Auckland, September 7. A boy named George Thomas Rummins, while riding a trolley down an incline at Dovonport to-day, was run into by a dray and killed. SUDDEN DEATH. Dunedin, Septombor 7. A man named Georgo Milne, 58 years old, died suddenly at tho Mosgiol Bush yesterday. Ho was attended by a doctor on August 29, but tho latter refused to give a certificate on tho ground that deceased had been receiving treatment from an unqualified practitioner sinco that date. An inquest will be hold to-morrow.
