The - Tatipo Totara Timber Company's railway line from Putaruru passes witliin one mile of the run. All hot springs, fumaroles, ngawas, geysers, mud volcanoes, and other centres of thermal action with right of way thereto are specially excluded - from ■ the area offered." •
