The board approved the proposals. Tho Commissioner also submitted, and the board approved, proposals for offering allotments in Rangataua township and village settlement. The lots referred to -are as f0110w53 .town lots, comprising an area of 15 acres, for sale for cash by public auction, at upset prices ranging from £17 to £92; 42 town' lots, comprising an area, of 12 acros, for'renewable lease for periods of 33 years, at rentals of ,5 por cent, per annum, rentals range from 176. to £4 12s. per annum;-and 22 village homestead allotments, • comprising an area of 111 acros, .ranging in area-from. 1 acre to 11 acres, at rents rrjiging frop £1 7s. 2d. to £6 Bs. lOd. -per annum. - -
