i An' annual" meeting'-'of Dalefield ■ Cooperative Dairy Co.- was' held (says our correspondent) in 'the. Council' Chamber ■'-on August 22., There were 33 members present.' Mr. "R."Knutsen (chairman of directors) pre-, sided. Messrs. Nnutsen and Gallon were reelected directors unopposed, and Mr. R. J, .'Chapman was re-elected auditor.- MivEaglo, for the ,P. and A. Society, attended to discuss the conditionis for the championship butter-fat competitions, and it .was finally decided to vote the sum of:£s ss. provided the conditions coilld bo altered to meet the wishes of the , various factory delegates. Messrs. R. G. Welch and C. Fairbrother were re-elected delegates •to represent the company. Mr. West, manager, addressed the' meeting on the Care of milk; The factory will bo opened on August 31. A ' meeting delegates _ to. consider the conditions of tho championship butter-fat competition will be held on Saturday, .August 29, at 2 p.m.
