FEATHERSTON CO-OPERATIVE DAIRY COMPANY.

The annual meeting' of tho Featherston Co-operativo Dairy Company (writes our correspondent) was held on Saturday afternoon, Mr. W. Fuge presiding over a good attendance. Tho report and balance-sheet were read and adopted. Messrs. W. Fuge, G. Yule, and J. E. Huntley were re-elected directors, and Mr. A. E. O'Neale was elected a directors in place of the late Mr. R. N. Burt. Mr. C. J. Kent-Johnston was appointed auditor, and a vote of thanks was accorded Mr. Adamson (manager), _ A letter from tho Wairarapa P. and A. Society was received- in reference to contributing towards 1 a cup for a dairy fat competition, and was laid upon the table. The directors met after and re-elected Mr. W. Fuge chairman. It was decided to consign through Messrs. Osborne and Co., who have handled the consignment for the past seven years. It was decided to reopen for the sea.son on September 1.
