air, but if you gave mo a thousand pounds I couldn't raise my arm to lift my bat. I'd be crawling about for say ono month and completely laid up for three. When I wasn't in bed I had to always struggle along on crutches. Every nerve would be as if I were stretched on a rack. Whenever the attacks wero extra bad I'd have no power to dress mysolf. I never knew when the pain was coming next or where. - One day I picked up a book and read about Dr. Williams' Pink Pills, and I said, ' Well, hero goes, this is the last chance.' Upon my word I cot a little ease before the box was finislied. I had loft Bundaberg then and camo down to Bulimba. , I sent for a fresh supply of the pills and improvement became more marked with overy dose. Tho attacks lessened bit by bit. The knots wont out of my fingers and the joints slowly becamc supple. I could bend my legs 'and presently do without crutches. Soon I was able to take a brisk walk and take up my regular work. Every day saw 1110 brighter, easier, and happier. Formerly I couldn't turn my head for tho stiffness in my shoulders, but now I found myself getting as supple as a boy. I could go off to sleep and rost tho whole night through and get out of bed in tho morning entirely without assistance. Beforo tho eighth box was empty I was a different man. Every acho had loft me. t Now I can walk as sprightly as any man and do a day's work with anyone, thanks to Dr. Williams' Pink Pill's. I givo this testimonial as a sheer duty, for if it "hadn't been for, Dr. Williams' Pink Pills I should still bo a helpless cripplo." Mr. Clowos is a well-known carpenter living in Quay St., Bulimba, Brisbane. Dr. Williams' Pink Pills aro sold by all medicine dealers, or if you cannot get 'them locally, send direct to The Dr. Williams' Mwlicino Co,, Wellington; 3/- for ono box; sk boxes for IC/G, jjost £roo..
