Newspapers by tho last mail indicate something of a revulsion of opinion in favour of the prospects of ill". Bryan. The "Daily' Mail's" American correspondent writes, under dato July 4: —"He is vastly different from the impetuous firebrand of twelve years ago. It is a mature, deliberate, tactful Air. Bryan wliom visitors now see. Exercising perfect self-control, he is dovoting himself with admirablo skill to Smoothing away the differences among tho various sections of his party. To-day he published an editorial. praising Sir.
