ANNUAL MEETING. The annual general meeting of tho Mangaramarama Cheese Factory was held on Saturday, writes our l'ahiatua correspondent. . i lie balance-sheet, which was adopted, • showed that 1,737,3501b5. of milk was purchased at a cost of £2918 4s. lid., vieldiiie ' 66,692.541b5. of butter-fat, from which 74 : tons 15cwt. cheese was manufactured, resulting m an inconjo of £3954 6s. 3d. A sura of £200 had been laid off debentures; £118 Gs. Id. was written off tho plant and property accounts, and £323 2s. sd. distributed. to . suppliers as a bonus and interest on capital subscribed. After allowing for working ex-' pensos, there was a balance of £448 19s. 3d. ' availablo for distribution, out of which the directors recommended the pavment of lid. ' per lb. as bonus on butter-fat, 6 per corit. interest on capital, and a. bonus of - £10 to the late manager. The additional bonus majies the total paid for butter-fat during the past season equal to lljd. ' • Messrs. G. H. Brown, J. Manson, and T. Darley were elected directors, the' former being appointed chairman for the ensuing season. ' .
