Beaurepaire, the Victorian Bwimmer, won the 440 yards I salt-water championship at Weston-Siiper-Mare, Somersetshire, in 4min. 69 2-ssec., beating Baltcrsby (England) by a yard and a, half. Radmilovic , (W<slsh champion) andi Springfield (Queensland) tied for third place. Taylor (England) failed to complete the course.
