Welch was appointed visitor for the month. Three horses have been mysteriously killed within tho last two or three days, and the polico are trying to solve tho mystery. The horses are i reported well-bred ones, and much anxiety is being felt as to why they are being destroyed. Tho bachelors of Minson's Bush gavo a ball on Tuesday night, and it was an unqualified success, sixty couples being present.
