' - Allan Kerr, appeared oil" a charge of having, at. Nelson, on June 11,' unlawfully deBerted his wife;. - Defendant was remanded to appear at;'Nelsoft:this. morning,' bail being allowed in-a deposit of £60. Two' first offenders for drunkenness were convicted, and : discharged, and, one Was remanded- for sentence until August 10.
