. At tljo ijieeting of creditors in the bankrupt estate of C. H. Smith on Satur-day,-it was decided to realise upon the property, and tho Deputy Official Assignee, Mr. ■\V. B. Chennells, was recommended to annul the bankruptcy provided that tho debtor consented to a judgment for any deficiency which may'arise through tho sale of the'es-tate,-and tho total liabilities.
