A financial. member of a Hunt Club is a duly elected momber of any Hunt whose subscription for tho present season shall have been paid on or before July 31, 1908. 4. A qualified hunter means a horse that has hunted at least, fivo times with any recognised pack of,hounds during tho present season, and a master's certificate. to that effect must be produced at,the scales. 5. The winner of the Wairarapa HuntSteeplo. chase to carry a penalty of 10lb. in the Taratahi Steeplechase, and the winner of any flat race to carry a penalty of 101b. in tho, flat races. Penalties'not to be cumulative. 6. All scratching must be notified to the Secretary at least half an hour before tho advertised time of starting each race. 7.
