MORE ZULU TROUBLE.
POLICE SENT. NATAL AND THE HOME GOVERNMENT. ALLEGED WEAKNESS. (nr TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION—COriBIDIIT.) London, July 27. Dispatches received by the "Daily Mail" from Natal indicate that the Natal Government has informed Lord Crowe (Secretary of State for tho Colonies) that the natives are again in a state of unrest, and that police forces have been sent to Zululand as a precaution. ( It is understood that anxiety prevails lest the adjustment of some of the outstanding nativo grievances—such as Ditlizulu's unpaid salary—may bo construed by the Zulus as weakness. IN THE COMMONS. A Blue Book which has been published reveals a sharp conflict between tlio Secrotary for the Colonies (Lord Crewe) alid tlio i'remier Of Natal (Mr. F. R. iloor) regarding the possible effect upon the natives of tho payment of Dinizuiu's salary out of tlio imperial Treasury. Air. . Lord Crowe emphasised tho pledge given to Dinizulib and tho unwillingness pf> the Govornmeht to allow his : trial to be prejudiced by lack of funds. Ho also pointed out that it was important to avoid contemplated litigation l in Engiand, with tho advorso criticism which would inevitably bo passed, bean English tribunal, on tho Natal Min-istry's-action. I . Lord Crowe hints i that Natal might wish to adjust the salary payment later'.
