GILMER AND MAGUIRE v. ROBERT DWYER. MANNER OP TRIAL. The, Court of Appeal subsequently heard argument relativo to an appeal from an order made by Mr. Justice Chapman that the ease of Hamilton Gilmer and Allan Maguire v. Robert Dwyer should bo tried before a judge and a common jury of 12. Mr. Skerrett, K.C. (with him Mr. Ostler) appeared on behalf of the plaintiffs, and Mr. Myers for tho defendant. Judgment in the matter was reserved. The Court then adjourned until 11 a.m. on Thursday.
